Challenge Enterprise Centre

  

The Challenge Enterprise Centre was built in 1996 and consists of 25 units ranging from 370sq ft to 700sq ft, so whatever business you are in* we are sure we have the premises to meet your requirements.  All units are let on a two-weekly all-inclusive 'easy-in, easy-out' licence agreement.

The licence fee includes:    

  • uniform business rates
  • water rates
  • repair and maintenance
  • 24 hour CCTV coverage
  • disposal of waste generated on site
  • 24 hour access
  • building insurance
  • postal delivery and collection
  • free car parking

The only additional charges that you will have to pay are for electricity which is metered and billed by us monthly. 

There is also a conference room available for you and your visitors and secretarial services, e.g. typing, photocopying and fax facilities, can be provided for a small charge.
 
It's so easy to get in:

Step 1  sign a two-weekly Licence Agreement

Step 2  pay a deposit equal to one month's rent and the first month's rent

Step 3  furnish the unit to your own requirements and arrange for a telephone to be connected   

...and out of the Centre:

when your business has expanded and you are ready to move on the licence agreement can be terminated by simply giving two weeks written notice and as long as the unit is left in good condition you will get your deposit back.
