Portsmouth Enterprise Centre
Portsmouth Enterprise Centre is an exciting venture undertaken by Portsmouth City Council and was the first of its kind to be built. It is a single storey building and there are 36 units in total and the sizes range from 359 square feet to 1138 square feet. All units are let on a two-weekly all-inclusive 'easy-in, easy-out' licence agreement.
There is ample car parking space and the building is sited to take maximum advantage of the road and rail links.
The licence fee includes:
- uniform business rates
- water rates
- repair and maintenance
- 24 hour CCTV coverage
- disposal of waste generated on site
- 24 hour access
- building insurance
- postal delivery and collection
- free car parking
The only additional charges that you will have to pay are for electricity which is metered and billed by us monthly.
It's so easy to get in:
Step 1 sign a monthly Licence Agreement
Step 2 pay a deposit equal to one month's rent and the first month's rent
Step 3 furnish the unit to your own requirements and arrange for a telephone to be connected
and out of the Centre:
When your business has expanded and you are ready to move on the licence agreement can be terminated by simply giving two weeks written notice and as long as the unit is left in good condition you will get your deposit back.
