We moved into the Victory Business Centre in August 2007 and wanted to say how pleased we are with the way our move went.

We operate Learndirect training centres, providing free training in English and Maths, as well as NVQs in IT and other subjects.  All these courses are Government funded.  We already had centres in Southampton and Fareham but were awarded a Portsmouth contract as well, hence our need to find premises in the City.

Victory Business Centre has proved to be a great choice.  The premises are ideal for our business and provide a welcoming atmosphere for our learners.  The free car parking is an enormous advantage!  From the start we received tremendous help from Gloria, Lynn and the rest of the Victory team and they made everything very easy for us.  We would definitely recommend Victory Business Centre to any business looking for premises at very reasonable rates.

The Challenge Enterprise Centre in Sharps Close is ideally situated adjacent to the M27 corridor near Portsmouth.  We have operated from the Centre for the past six years and found the facilities available to be most useful.  The friendly reception staff control collection/delivery of our mail and offer additional secretarial options should we need them.  The conference room provides a quiet area to hold business meetings/briefings.  Parking spaces are adequate and local catering firms visit the area on a daily basis.

The choice of Victory Business Centre as the starting point for our business was an inspired one.  At the time, we looked throughout Portsmouth for office space and took our current unit in September 2006.

What initially attracted us was the cost-effective flexibility at Victory Business Centre of a rolling monthly contract which was all important when starting off our venture.  As we've grown, this is no longer the major factor as the location is becoming the major appeal;  we're effectively in central Portsmouth without the hassle of the traffic or parking, and right by Fratton station.

We're happy to recommend Victory Business Centre to the extent that we're looking to take larger office space here.


Options Day Service Ltd

Options Day Service have been renting units from Portsmouth Enterprise Centre for over 8 years, as they are light industrial use.  They have suited the needs of the service we offer with the added bonus of on-site facilities.

The licence fee covers all the common area costs as well as the rental of the unit; this has proved invaluable when budgeting.  Giving the notice period and no long term commitments enables expansion, and indeed downsizing when and if necessary.

Having the use of experienced clerical staff on hand has also been a great asset to my company and the reception area gives a personal touch for when people use the Enterprise Centre.

With the nature of my business I requested a disabled space to be put outside our unit; this was dealt with efficiently, however I am surprised that there are no disabled parking bays in the car park itself.
